Quickly and easily equip your robotic applications with an industrial robot transfer unit (RTU). Simply integrate our 7th axis with your preferred servo/auxiliary axis motor and drive using the Thomson RediMount™ mounting adapter kit, and use your robotic controller to take advantage of this enhanced productivity tool.

Includes: Dual linear units, precision gearhead, motor mounting adapter kit, carriage mounting plate for robot, end-of-stroke limit switches and cable management.

  • Precision gearhead and belt drive for high repeatability (25 microns per meter)
  • Linear speeds up to 5 m/s
  • Stroke length up to 10 m
  • Cut to length to your application's required stroke length
  • Limit switches for end-of-stroke protection
  • Can be used horizontally or inverted (top-loading application)
  • Compatible with small- to medium-sized industrial robots with overall weight less than 250 lb
  • Mounting plate with pre-drilled holes for your selected robot
  • Base mounting feet with pre-drilled holes to mount to your table, weldment or floor
  • Cable management for robot power
  • Precision gearhead with flange to mount your robot brand servo motor*
